Having worked in the homeless sector including 3rd sector through to statutory agencies, I have accumulated a wealth of experience working with complex needs and rough sleepers, I bring an innovative way of approaching the Homeless Reduction Act and believe that everyone deserves a roof over their head, it just needs to be the right roof for them.
WHAT HAVE I DONE...
During covid I established the first housing 1st project in Essex, which is still successful today. I have experience of looking at housing options services and as an outsider I am able to drive new strategies in order to reduce costs and impact on Homeless households.
